MANAGE MY PROPERTY
As a full-service property management company we will, on the owner’s behalf, collect the rent, pay the appropriate bills, and be on-call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If/when the unit becomes vacant we will inspect the property, make a list of what needs to be done to make the unit rent-ready, and, with the owners’ permission (and money), have the work done. We use only licensed vendors with all applicable insurance (e.g., liability and workers’ comp.)
Our standard is a one-year lease for the initial occupancy. Once a month we will provide the owners a set of reports showing all income and all expenses. These reports (and the accompanying check) will be put in the mail not later than the 5th of each month for all activity for the previous month. Each computer-generated report will have handwritten comments explaining any anomalies or unusual entries. Candor and good communications are very important to us and we strive for that with each client.
One of our goals is to answer the client’s questions even before they are asked.
