Terry A. Fox

Terry A. Fox, CPM®, is a licensed real estate broker with over 19 years of property management experience. Before founding the company in the spring of 2005 he was a partner and property manager of a large regional management company specializing in association and residential properties. In a previous job Terry served as the Vice President for Marketing, Business Development and Operations for another large regional residential property management company. Prior to that he was the owner of a management consulting and training firm called The Management Edge.

Terry moved to Fresno in early 1987 after serving over 20 years in the US Army in a variety of command and management positions throughout the United States and overseas. He retired as a Major in February 1987. Terry is originally from Southern California.

Terry has a Masters of Science in Business Administration degree from Boston University and an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Nebraska. He has been awarded the designation of CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and received the Property Supervisor of the Year Award for 1998 from the California Apartment Association.

Terry is active in the community. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Fresno Area Chamber of Commerce and is the past Treasurer and Board Member of the Fresno Area CrimeStopper organization. He currently is a member of the Valley Business Conference Committee and serves on the Board of Directors of the California Apartment Association – Fresno Division. He is active in the local IREM chapter and served as the chapter President. Terry is a graduate of Leadership Fresno, Class 10, and served on the Leadership Fresno Steering Committee and Alumni Board of Directors. Over the past few years he has been an active participant and fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in their Team in Training Program as a runner, cyclist, and tri-athlete.

Christie Kramer

Christie Kramer is a licensed real estate agent with over 10 years experience in property management. She serves as the Office Manager for Fox Property Management. She has been awarded the designation of ACCREDITED RESIDENTIAL MANAGER® (ARM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). Prior to joining Fox Property Management (at its inception) she was a bookkeeper for a large regional management company specializing in association and residential properties. She also served as the Office Manager for a regional commercial management company. She has extensive experience as a bookkeeper and in leadership positions for a retail company. As the Office Manager she is responsible for all aspects of the office operations to include client and vendor relations, reports and all bookkeeping functions.

Christie is a Fresno native and has many friends and family in the area.

Chris Darling

Chris Darling is a licensed real estate agent with over 22 years experience in residential and commercial property management. She joined Fox Property Management in May 2009 and serves as a Property Manager. In this role she is responsible for the move-outs of tenants and the “turning” of the unit to make it ready for the next resident. She will coordinate with our vendors to ensure work is scheduled and completed. Chris will also assist in showing vacant properties and processing applications. Prior to joining Fox Property Management she worked for one of the area’s largest property management firms, establishing their single family division. Before moving to Fresno Chris lived in Sacramento and worked for one of Sacramento’s largest property management companies. As a Senior Property Manager she oversaw 400 + single family homes.

Originally from Los Angeles, Chris has lived in the Fresno area for over ten years with her husband and four children.

Laura Rios

Laura Rios has over 13 years experience in residential property management. She is in the process of obtaining her real estate sales agent license. Laura joined Fox Property Management in March 2006 and serves as Leasing Agent/Property Manager. In this role she is responsible as the company’s primary point of contact for applicants interested in viewing a vacancy. She conducts most of the “shows” of our properties and then processes the applications. Prior to joining Fox Property Management she was the Resident Manager for a 244 unit apartment community. In that role she was responsible for all aspects of leasing, maintenance, bookkeeping, and customer relations for the entire property.

Laura has lived in Fresno for over 14 years and has many friends and family in the area.

Rosemary Blanco

Rosemary Blanco joined Fox Property Management in August 2008. She serves as an assistant bookkeeper. In this role she is responsible for entering all rent payments, entering vendor invoices, and preparing the end-of-month reports. She assists other staff members as required and gives the office a Spanish language capability. Rosemary has been in accounting for almost 30 years, the past eight in the Property Management field. Prior to joining Fox Property Management she worked for two other large Property Management companies, responsible for all aspects of accounting.

Rosemary is from the Fresno suburb of Mendota. She moved to Fresno about 20 years ago and has many friends and family in the area.

Maria Carter

Maria Carter joined Fox Property Management in July 2009. She serves as the “voice of Fox Property Management” as an Administrative Assistant. In this role she is responsible for answering the phones and directing the caller to the proper staff member. Often, that is her. She is responsible for taking maintenance requests and contacting the proper vendor to resolve the problem. She meets and greets all visitors to our office and accepts rent payments. Prior to joining Fox Property Management Maria was in the Army as a mobilized member of the US Army Reserves. She has proudly served as a Reservist for over 24 years in many stateside assignments. In “civilian life” Maria has extensive experience as a bookkeeper and administrative assistant. Maria adds dual English/Spanish capability to our customer services. She is originally from and currently lives in Sanger with her husband and two children.
