Fox Property Management was created in the spring of 2005, as a full-service property management company, to provide management services to owners of single family houses, individual condominiums, and small apartment buildings.

The company, a division of Remarc, Inc., is based in Fresno and provides management services in Fresno and Madera Counties in California’s Central Valley.

We currently have rentals in the cities of Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Chowchilla, Sanger, Fowler, and Kerman. Our intent is to be the single point of contact for owners who wish to rent their residential property. Our focus is to professionally manage the real estate to maximize the owners’ investment.

Meet the Team

Chris Darling

Owner/Broker DRE Lic. #00958933

Chris Darling is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 36 years of property management experience. She has worked in both commercial and residential property management since 1986, leasing and managing shopping centers, professional buildings, multi-family properties, and single-family homes. In 1999, Chris moved to the Central Valley where she initially worked for a large, Fresno based, property management company, her main focus being single-family homes and small apartment complexes. It was at this company where she met her future boss and friend, Terry Fox. After Terry formed Fox Property Management in 2005, Chris went to work for him as head of the Leasing Department and Senior Property Manager. In fall, 2017, Chris purchased the company from Terry after he decided to retire.

Chris received her California Real Estate Sales Agent License in 1986, and in spring 2017, obtained her California Real Estate Brokers license. She has held the California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) designation from the California Apartment association since 2011, and was awarded Property Supervisor of the year in 2014.

Originally from the Los Angeles area, Chris, her husband Matt, and their four children, have lived in the Fresno area for over 20 years. If Chris happens to have spare time, she enjoys trips to the coast and spending time with her family.

Laura Solorio

Office Manager

Laura Solorio first came to Fox Property Management in 2006. After a brief time away, supervising a private portfolio of single-family homes, she was recently re-hired as Office Manager in May of 2024. Laura brings with her over 33 years of Property Management experience, including leasing, property management accounting and procedures, marketing, and management. Laura has always considered Fox “her home”.

Laura has held the California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) designation since 2012 and is a proud member of the California Apartment Association. She also devotes numerous hours to help rescue abandoned or abused animals, donating her time to Paw Squad 559.

Originally from Flint, Michigan, Laura has lived in Fresno most of her life. She lives with her husband Gabriel, loves to travel and spend as much time as possible with her “fur-babies” and family.

David Perez

Controller

David Perez joined the Fox Property Management team in the Spring of 2017. In his position as Controller, David brings decades of accounting experience to the table. Detailed and precise, with a smile, is the best way to describe his attitude. Prior to joining Fox Property Management, David was in the staffing industry for over twenty years.

Born and raised in Fresno, David moved after graduating from Roosevelt High School to attend U.C. Santa Barbara. Eventually, he was lured back to Fresno by an employment opportunity that he could not refuse. His favorite pastimes include reading, dining out with friends and family, weekend getaways to the coast, and traveling by cruise ship as often as possible.

Richie Darling

Leasing Agent | DRE License #02205563

Richard (Richie) Darling has been a licensed agent since November of 2022 and has been with Fox Property Management since May of 2021. As head of our Leasing Department, Richie is instrumental in matching applicants with rental properties, ensuring both the Landlord and Residents are happy. Richie spends most of his time answering and returning rental calls, showing and inspecting vacant properties, handling lease signings and move-out inspections, and getting properties ready for move-in. If you’re looking to rent one of our vacant properties, Richie’s gregarious personality and voice will guide you to just the right property!

Richie is a graduate of Clovis West High School and has lived in the Central Valley for over 20 years. He attends Trinity Community Church and is a trained classical singer. In his spare time, Richie loves basketball and backpacking, playing the piano, and spending time with family and friends.

Jasmin Macias

Maintenance Supervisor

Jasmin Macias joined our team in November 2022. In her position as Maintenance Supervisor, Jasmin overseas the upkeep and maintenance of all properties, as well as meeting tenant satisfaction. Jasmin’s attention to detail and great time management helps with getting all work orders scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Jasmin comes to us with several years’ experience in customer service and knows how to diffuse difficult situations. Her most amazing asset is that she can directly communicate with vendors, owners, colleagues, and tenants with professionalism.

Jasmin was born and raised in the central valley and in her spare time, enjoys listening to music, spending quality time with her family, and decorating her home. She and her family live in the Fresno area, spending as much time as possible with their beautiful son.

Bradley Kampen

Leasing Agent | DRE License #02220834

Bradley Kampen joined our Fox Property Management team in January of 2023. He is an instrumental part of the leasing department as one of our Licensed Agents, making and returning rental calls, helping rent vacant units, and performing inspections. Bradley comes to us with a background in Kinesiology which has proven very effective when dealing with “stressful” situations. With his calming, quiet demeanor, Bradley works well with all persons looking to lease a property from Fox Property Management.

Bradley was born and raised in the Central Valley and is a recent graduate of California State University, Fresno. He attends The Well Community Church, and his favorite pastimes are powerlifting, spike ball, reading, and spending time with family, friends, and his dog.

Maria Sanchez

Administrative Assistant

Maria Sanchez joined the Fox Property Management Team in the Fall of 2023. In her position as Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, Maria is the first point of contact for our residents and owners. Whether in person or on the phone, you will be greeted professionally and with a smile. She is very organized and enjoys learning many new skills and hobbies.

Maria was born and raised in the Central Valley. In her spare time Maria likes to paint and enjoys photographing her life’s adventures. Some of Maria’s favorite things to do are spend as much time as she can with her family and her many pets.
