For Owners

As a full-service property management company we will, collect the rent, pay the appropriate bills, and provide both monthly and year-end reports for your accounting records. Candor and good communication is very important to us and we strive for that with every client.

For Tenants/Residents

Our objective is to provide well-maintained housing for those looking to lease. This includes single-family homes and condos, homes in gated communities as well as subdivisions, and moderate and low-income properties.

Our standard is a one-year lease for the initial occupancy. First month’s rent and deposit are always paid prior to move-in.
